Alternative way to stop countdown?

First I got to say it's a perfect little program that does exactly what it's supposed to do. I hope it will stay that way.

It's especially nice, now that the sleep-function doesn't seem to be part of the "shutdown"-command in windows 7.

If I want to stop the timer from counting down, it seems I have to close the program itself. That works well, but for newbies to the program, it might cause panic, because in the beginning i was desperately looking for a "stop countdown" button inside the program.

Would it not be smart to have a "stop countdown"-option inside the program?

Logically there is no reason to stop the timer unless you no longer need it to run, so instead of trying to stop the timer you would simply exit the program. If you need to change the amount of time in the countdown, simply select the option from the Mode menu.

You have a good point. Thank you for listening, and on second thought - I think it's perfect the way it is now.

Thanks again for a good program.
